Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for a refrigerated fleet with DeWitt Transportation LLC. Role offers guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience, with potential raise to $1,600 and bonuses. Home time is scheduled around 1.5 days per week, with longer periods giving more days home; no NYC miles and predominantly east of I-25. Equipment includes 72” double bunks with APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and inverters; trucks outfitted with EZ Pass/Best Pass and PrePass. Requirements include a valid Class A CDL, at least 2 years of CDL A experience, a current DOT physical, and a good MVR. The role is full-time, W-2 payroll, with 401k matching and health-care premium contributions after 90 days. No unloads required and no chaining in winter. Locations currently include Davidson, North Carolina, US.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
- Also hiring Owner Operators: 90% of revenue + 100% of fuel surcharge.
