Job Summary
Over The Road Company Driver needed for a refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed pay structure includes $1,400 per week starting pay based on experience and work history, with a 90-day review and potential raise to $1,600. Benefits include 401(k) with 100% employer matching on the first 4% of contributions, paid weekly via direct deposit, health-care premium contribution at 90 days, and flexible home time (1.5 days home per week, longer home time for longer deployments). Equipment includes 72” double bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and inverters; no NYC driving; drop and hook option; EZ Pass / PrePass. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX with Greensboro, NC as a listed location. Candidates should meet CDL A requirements and DOT medical standards and maintain a clean MVR.”,
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
