Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for a refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed weekly pay with starting at $1,400/week based on experience, potential raise to $1,600/week after 90 days, monthly/yearly bonuses, 401k with matching, health-premium contribution, and weekly W-2 payroll. Role emphasizes long-haul driving, home time flexibility (1.5 days per week; 3–5 days home after 3 weeks out, up to 8–9 days after 5 weeks), no driver unloading, and modern tractors with conveniences (APU, refrigerator/freezer, inverter). Requires a valid CDL A and at least 2 years of CDL A experience; DOT physical and reputable MVR. Locations include Reidsville, North Carolina, USA.
