Job Summary
OTR Company Driver role with guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400, potential raise to $1,600 after a 90-day performance window, and additional earnings opportunities including monthly bonuses and an annual performance bonus. Fleet operates refrigerated equipment (DD15/DT-12 engines) with modern amenities (APU, inverter, fridge/freezer). Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
