Over The Road Company Driver

OTR Company Driver needed for DeWitt Transportation LLC. Guaranteed weekly pay with starting $1,400/week based on experience, potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days, monthly bonus up to $500 and annual performance bonus tied to truck profitability. Benefits include a 401k with company matching (4%), paid weekly via direct deposit, and employer health premium contribution at 90 days. Flexible home time based on 1.5 days home per week worked; 3 weeks out yields 4.5–5 days home, 4 weeks out yields 6–7 days home, and 5 weeks out yields 8–9 days home. 50%+ drop and hook; no driver unload; no NYC driving. Equipment includes 2019-2023 Cascadia with DD15/DT-12, 72” double bunks, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, 1,500-watt inverters, EZ Pass/Best Pass, and PrePass.
