Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed weekly pay with base $1,400/week based on experience, potential raise to $1,600/week after 90 days, and bonuses (monthly up to $500, plus annual performance bonus). Benefits include 401k with company match, health premium contribution, and weekly W-2 pay via direct deposit. Flexible home time with 1.5 days home per week, longer home periods after 3–5 weeks out. No NYC driving; majority of miles east of I-25; 72” double bunks, APUs, refrigerators, inverters; EZ Pass/PrePass. Hiring states include AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX.
