Over The Road Company Driver

OTR refrigerated Company Driver role with DeWitt Transportation LLC. Guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience, with a potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days, plus monthly and annual performance bonuses. Benefits include 401k with employer matching, paid weekly via direct deposit, and partial health care premium coverage after 90 days. Flexible home time based on miles out: 1.5 days home per week; 3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home, 4 weeks out = 6–7 days home, 5 weeks out = 8–9 days home. No NYC driving; majority of miles east of I-25. Equipment includes 72” double bunk sleepers with APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and 1,500-watt inverters; trucks equipped with EZ Pass / Best Pass and PrePass. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX. Must have valid Class A CDL and minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience, current DOT physical, and clean MVR.
