Job Summary
OTR Company Driver position with DeWitt Transportation LLC. Guaranteed weekly pay with base rate of $1,400/week (experience-based) and potential raise to $1,600/week after 90 days, plus monthly bonus and annual performance bonus. 401k with employer matching, health-care premium contribution after 90 days, paid weekly via W-2, and flexible home time (1.5 days home per week; 3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home, 4 weeks out = 6–7 days home, 5 weeks out = 8–9 days home). Trucks are 72” double bunk sleepers with APUs, refrigerators/freezers, inverters; equipment includes EZ Pass/Best Pass and PrePass. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX. Must have a valid CDL A, at least 2 years of CDL A experience, current DOT physical, and good MVR. No NYC driving and no unloading.
