Over The Road Company Driver

Over The Road Company Driver position with DeWitt Transportation LLC. Offers guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 with potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days, plus monthly bonus up to $500 and annual performance bonus based on truck profitability. Benefits include 401(k) with employer matching (100% of first 4%), weekly W-2 pay via direct deposit, and health care support. Home time is flexible with 1.5 days home per week worked; 3 weeks out yields 4.5–5 days home, 4 weeks out yields 6–7 days home, and 5 weeks out yields 8–9 days home. Fleet operates 65 refrigerated trucks with modern equipment, and hiring is occurring in multiple states (AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX). Minimum requirements include valid Class A CDL, at least 2 years CDL A experience, current DOT physical, and acceptable MVR. Owner Operators option also available (90% revenue + 100% fuel surcharge).
