Over The Road Company Driver for DeWitt Transportation LLC. This refrigerated fleet emphasizes guaranteed pay with weekly W-2 earnings, home time based on schedule, and performance-based growth. The role requires operating and delivering refrigerated freight as an OTR driver, maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, and upholding safety standards. Minimum 2 years CDL-A experience and a current DOT physical are required. Responsibilities include driving long-haul, managing records/logs, coordinating with dispatch, and ensuring on-time, damage-free deliveries. Benefits include guaranteed starting pay of $1,400 per week (based on experience), potential raise to $1,600, weekly direct deposit, employer 401k matching, health-care premium contributions after 90 days, and regular home time with varying stay-out schedules. Trucks are equipped with modern features (APU, inverter, etc.) and Pass PrePass/EZ Pass. Candidate must be willing to operate within the hiring states listed (AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX).
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
