Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for DeWitt Transportation LLC. Guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience, with potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days, plus monthly and annual performance bonuses. Benefits include a 401k with employer matching, health-care-premium contribution by the company, paid weekly via W-2/direct deposit, and 4–5 days home per week after 3 weeks out, increasing with longer runs. Fleet operates 65 refrigerated tractors east of I-25; no NYC miles; 72” double-bunk sleepers with APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and 1,500-watt inverters. Trucks equipped with EZ Pass, Best Pass, and PrePass. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX. CDL A required with at least 2 years of experience, valid DOT physical, and clean MVR.
