Job Summary
OTR Company Driver position with DeWitt Transportation LLC, a refrigerated fleet operating primarily east of I-25. They offer guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience, with potential raises to $1,600, monthly bonuses up to $500, and an annual performance bonus based on truck profitability. Benefits include a 401k with 100% match on the first 4% of employee contributions, employer-paid health care premium at 90 days, weekly pay via direct deposit, and flexible home time driven by a 1.5 days home per week worked schedule. Equipment includes Cascadia tractors with DD15/DT-12 engines, 72” double-bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and inverters; trucks are equipped with EZ Pass and PrePass. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX. Minimum requirements: valid Class A CDL, 2 years of CDL A experience, current DOT physical, and a clean MVR within the last 3 years.
