Job Summary
Over The Road Company Driver needed for a refrigerated fleet (65 trucks) based in the DeWitt Transportation operation. The role offers guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400, with a potential raise to $1,600 after a 90-day performance review, and monthly/yearly bonuses. Drivers are paid weekly via W-2 with company-paid portion of health care at 90 days, and a 401(k) with employer matching. Home time is flexible, with defined home-time expectations (roughly 1.5 days home per week; 3 weeks out → 4.5–5 days home; 4 weeks out → 6–7 days; 5 weeks out → 8–9 days). The position includes 50% or more drop and hook and no driver unloads, with newer Cascadia tractors and amenities (APU, refrigerators, inverters). Hiring is in multiple states (AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX). Minimum requirements include a valid Class A CDL, at least 2 years recent CDL A experience, current DOT physical, and a clean MVR (max 3 moving violations/accidents in 3 years).
