Job Summary
OTR CDL-A company driver position with guaranteed weekly base pay ($1,400/week starting, potential raise to $1,600) and bonuses; home time based on weeks out; 3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home, 4 weeks = 6–7 days; 5 weeks = 8–9 days home; 401k with employer matching; health-care premium contribution; paid weekly via W-2; no driver unloads; refrigerated fleet; mostly east of I-25 with no NYC; modern Cascadia trucks with APUs and sleeper interiors; EZ Pass/Best Pass/PrePass; owner-operator opportunities also available; minimum requirements include valid Class A CDL, DOT physical, and clean MVR.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (max 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
