Over The Road Company Driver

OTR Company Driver for refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience, with potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days. Monthly bonus up to $500 and annual performance bonus based on profitability. Benefits include 401k with employer matching (4%), health-care premium contribution at 90 days, weekly direct deposit, and paid time at home. Home time is flexible with 1.5 days home per week; 3 weeks out yields 4.5-5 days home, 4 weeks out yields 6-7 days, 5 weeks out yields 8-9 days. 50%+ drop and hook; no unloading. Equipment includes late-model Cascadia tractors with reefer units and standard amenities. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX.
