Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for DeWitt Transportation LLC hauling refrigerated freight with guaranteed weekly pay. Starting at $1,400 per week based on experience, with a potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days, plus monthly bonuses and annual performance bonus. W-2 payroll with weekly direct deposit, 401(k) with company matching, and health premium contributions after 90 days. Flexible home time with 1.5 days home per week, and 3–5 days home after 3–5 weeks out, up to 8–9 days after 5 weeks out. No driver unloading, no NYC driving, majority miles east of I-25. Requires valid CDL-A, 2+ years experience, current DOT physical, and good MVR (≤3 violations/accidents in 3 years). Equipment includes 72” sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, inverters, EZ Pass/Best Pass/PrePass. Ownership options available (Owner Operators welcomed). Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
