Over The Road Company Driver

OTR Company Driver position with DeWitt Transportation LLC. Guaranteed pay program: $1,400 per week starting pay based on experience/work history, with a potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days, monthly bonus up to $500, and annual performance bonus based on truck profitability. 401k with employer matching 100% of the first 4% of driver contribution. Paid weekly on a W-2 via direct deposit; company pays 25% of health care premium at 90 days. Flexible home time based on 1.5 days home per week worked; 3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home, 4 weeks out = 6–7 days home, 5 weeks out = 8–9 days home. 50% or more drop and hook; no driver unloads; no NYC; majority of miles east of I-25; 72” double bunk sleepers with APUs, refrigerators/freezers, 1,500-W inverters; trucks equipped with EZ Pass / Best Pass and PrePass. Minimum requirements: valid Class A CDL, minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience, current DOT physical, reasonably good MVR (max 3 moving violations/accidents in last 3 years).
