Job Summary
OTR Company Driver role with guaranteed weekly pay ($1,400 starting pay, based on experience/work history), 90-day performance-based review with potential raise to $1,600, monthly bonus up to $500 and annual performance bonus based on truck profitability. Benefits include 401k with employer matching (100% of first 4%), weekly W-2 pay via direct deposit, company-paid 25% of health care premium at 90 days, and flexible home time (1.5 days home per week; 3–5 weeks out yields 4.5–9 days home). Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
