Job Summary
OTR Company Driver role with DeWitt Transportation LLC. Requires valid CDL A, at least 2 years of CDL A experience, and a current DOT physical. Offers guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 plus potential raises to $1,600, monthly bonuses up to $500 and annual bonuses based on truck profitability. Benefits include employer-matched 401(k) up to 4% of employee contribution, weekly pay via W-2 with direct deposit, partial health care premium coverage at 90 days, and flexible home time (approximately 1.5 days home per week, with longer home periods possible). Equipment includes 72” double bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, inverters, and trucks equipped with EZ Pass/Best Pass and PrePass. Travel is primarily east of I-25 with no NYC driving, and no unloading duties for drivers. Hiring in multiple states (AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX).
