Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for a refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed pay with starting at $1,400 per week based on experience, with a potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days and bonuses up to $500 monthly plus annual performance bonus. Paid weekly via W-2 with direct deposit; employer contributes 25% of health care premium at 90 days; 401k with employer matching up to 4%. Flexible home time with 1.5 days home per week and specific home-time progression based on weeks out. Equipment includes 72” double bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, 1500-W inverter; trucks equipped with EZ Pass/Best Pass and PrePass. Hiring in multiple states (AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX). No NYC driving and most miles east of I-25; no truck chaining in winter. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
