Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for refrigerated fleet with DeWitt Transportation LLC. Guaranteed pay on all time on the road starting at $1,400 per week based on experience, with 90-day review and potential raise to $1,600. Benefits include 401(k) matching, health premium contribution, weekly W-2 pay, and home-time flexibility (1.5 days per week; longer home periods after 3–5 weeks out). Equipment includes 72” double-bunk sleepers, DD15/DT-12 powertrains, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, inverters, EZ Pass/PrePass. Hiring in multiple states; no NYC travel required; no unloading. Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
