Job Summary
OTR Company Driver for a refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 based on experience with potential raises and bonuses, plus 401(k) matching and health-care contributions. Role includes long-haul driving primarily east of I-25 with home time based on weeks out (3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home; 5 weeks out = 8–9 days home). No driver unloading. Equipment includes 72” double-bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and inverters; EZ Pass, Best Pass, and PrePass installed. Must have a valid Class A CDL with at least 2 years of recent CDL A experience, valid DOT physical, and a clean MVR. Hiring states include AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX. Owner-Operator option also available with revenue-share terms. This position is paid weekly via W-2. The role emphasizes stable pay, home time, and a focus on refrigerated long-haul operations.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
