Over The Road Company Driver

OTR Company Driver position with DeWitt Transportation LLC, a refrigerated fleet operating 65 trucks primarily east of I-25. Compensation includes guaranteed weekly pay of $1,400 based on experience, potential raise to $1,600, monthly bonuses up to $500, and annual performance bonus based on profitability. Benefits include 401k with 100% match of the first 4% of employee contribution, weekly W-2 payout, 25% health insurance premium coverage at 90 days, and flexible home time (1.5 days per week; 3 weeks out = 4.5–5 days home, 4 weeks out = 6–7 days home, 5 weeks out = 8–9 days home).
