Job Summary
OTR Company Driver needed for DeWitt Transportation LLC's refrigerated fleet. 65-truck operation with guaranteed weekly pay and home-time that scales with time out—1.5 days home per week, increasing to 4.5–9 days home with longer deployments. Role features W-2 payroll, weekly direct deposit, employer-manged 401k with match, health premium contribution after 90 days, and performance-based raises/bonuses. Vehicles include 72” double bunk sleepers, DD15/DT-12 powertrains, and trips primarily east of I-25. Responsibilities include safe, on-time delivery of refrigerated freight, maintaining MVR standards, completing DOT requirements, and operating in a multi-state OTR network. Qualifications include valid Class A CDL, minimum 2 years of CDL A experience, current DOT physical, and clean MVR.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
- OTR driving experience
- Refrigerated fleet experience preferred
- Home time expectations based on schedule
