Job Summary
OTR Company Driver role in a refrigerated fleet. Guaranteed pay with weekly W-2 payroll, potential raises to $1,600 weekly after 90 days, monthly and annual performance bonuses, 401k with employer matching, 25% health-care premium coverage after 90 days, and flexible home time (average 1.5 days home per week; spans of 3–5 weeks out with corresponding home time). Trucks are late-model (Cascadia) with APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and PrePass/EZ Pass. Hiring in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX. Requires valid CDL-A, 2+ years experience, DOT physical, and a clean MVR.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
