Job Summary
OTR Company Driver role with DeWitt Transportation LLC in a refrigerated fleet (65 trucks). Guaranteed weekly pay starting at $1,400 with potential raise to $1,600 after 90 days, monthly bonus up to $500 and annual bonus based on profitability. Benefits include 401(k) with 100% company match of the first 4% of contribution, weekly W-2 pay via direct deposit, 25% of health care premium at 90 days, and flexible home time based on miles/hours (3–5 weeks out returning home 4.5–9 days, etc.). Equipment includes Cascadia tractors with DD15/DT-12 engines, 72” double bunk sleepers, APUs, refrigerators/freezers, and inverters; EZ Pass/PrePass; no NYC routing; majority miles east of I-25; HIRING in AL, FL, GA, IL, KY, LA, MO, NM, NC, TN, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 2 years recent CDL A experience
- Current DOT physical
- Reasonably good MVR (maximum 3 moving violations/accidents last 3 years)
