Job Summary
Deliver products safely and accurately across the country using 53' dry vans while operating an electronic logging device. Report vehicle defects to maintenance and comply with all Department of Transportation standards and regulations. Maintain a clean driving record with no at-fault accidents in the last three years. This role involves 3,000 miles per week with 98% no-touch freight on pre-planned trips, offering 34-48 hours of home time weekly. Detention and layover pay, plus mileage and safety bonuses, are included. Dogs are allowed on the truck.
Required Qualifications
- Class A CDL
- at least one year of recent OTR experience with similar equipment
- No major FMCSA violations
- Clean MVR with no at-fault D.O.T reportable accidents within the last three years
- no restriction on CDL
- ability to maintain a CDL
- live within 100 miles of an AFW Distribution center
- pass a pre-employment drug screen
- pass a pre-employment background check
