Job Summary
Class A CDL OTR Driver responsible for safe, timely deliveries across the country using 53' dry vans. Candidate must operate with ELD, report vehicle problems, and comply with DOT standards while delivering orders courteously and professionally. Role includes pre-planned/scheduled trips, mostly drop-and-hook with 98% no-touch freight, weekly home time, and a pay structure based on CPM with annualized earnings around $80k-$90k. Requires no major FMCSA violations or DOT-reportable accidents in the past three years and ability to maintain a CDL; must reside within 100 miles of the DC.
Required Qualifications
- CDL with at least one year of recent OTR experience with similar equipment
- No major FMCSA violations
- Clean MVR with no at-fault DOT reportable accidents within the last three years
- No restriction on CDL and able to maintain a CDL
- Must be based / live within 100 miles of an American Furniture Warehouse DC
