Job Summary
Operate and maintain baking ovens autonomously, adhering to safety protocols, quality standards, and progressive maintenance procedures. Execute pre-ops, shop logix, and cleaning tasks while monitoring SPC rules, CCP checks, and equipment performance. Prioritize critical parameters, manage emergency shutdowns, and report losses immediately. Work 24/7 shifts with minimal supervision, lifting up to 50 KGs. Ensure products meet quality standards and adhere to all SOPs.
Required Qualifications
- Experience and knowledge in operating machines with coaching
- Experience and knowledge in safety and quality standards for operating machines
- Reading and writing skills
- Fluency in the language of communication as appropriate to the site
- Ability to collaborate well in a diverse work environment
- Understanding of company safety policy
- Understanding of safety map
- Understanding of LOTO procedure
- Understanding of GMP
- Flexibility to support business according to requirement in different shifts
- Ability to work and make decision with minimal supervision
- Ergonomic awareness
- Good communication skill
- Ability to work with teams
- Ability to lift up to 50 KGs (110 lbs) using proper lifting tools
