Job Summary
Design, develop, test, and deploy applications using the OutSystems platform by translating business requirements into functional, well-architected solutions. Integrate these applications with external systems and APIs while adhering to best practices and architecture patterns. Perform code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability, troubleshoot application issues, and collaborate with UX/UI designers on responsive interfaces. Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain technical documentation for developed components. Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing. This role is managed by a third-party agency and supports OutSystems' mission to build mission-critical apps and agents on an AI-powered platform.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience developing applications on the OutSystems platform (O11 or ODC)
- OutSystems Associate Developer certification (or higher)
- Solid understanding of web development fundamentals (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Experience with REST API integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Desired Qualifications
- OutSystems Professional Developer or Expert Developer certification
- Experience with OutSystems ODC (Developer Cloud)
- Knowledge of SQL and relational databases
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Background in traditional software development (e.g., Java, .NET, C#)
