Job Summary
Legal Records Analyst at Iron Mountain responsible for executing compliant disposition processing, auditing retention metadata, and maintaining data integrity for both digital and physical records. Responsibilities include auditing and updating retention metadata, cross-referencing digital and physical inventories for accurate record-keeping, providing high-touch support to internal stakeholders, attorneys, and external clients, indexing and preparing confidential files for secure off-site vault storage, and ensuring compliance with organizational standards, legal retention policies, and defensible destruction regulations across the record lifecycle. Requires 2+ years in records management, information governance, or a related data analysis role, plus advanced Excel skills for handling large metadata datasets. Required Qualifications
