Outsourced Controller

Oversees day-to-day accounting operations for client engagements across industries; manages monthly close, general ledger integrity, reconciliations, and client reporting; coordinates with in-house and client-based accounting staff; implements and improves accounting systems and workflows; supports budgeting/forecasting, variance analyses, and management reporting packages; develops KPIs and dashboards; provides financial insights to inform business decisions; serves as the primary accounting contact for assigned clients and participates in onboarding with limited local travel; builds relationships with client management teams; contributes to CAS practice development, SOPs, and process improvements; mentors junior staff; coordinates with audit and tax teams for GAAP-based reporting and internal controls; exercises leadership across client engagements and teams.
