Job Summary
Plan and direct the daily workflow within the Outsource Task Team, assisting the Supervisor in managing operations, gathering daily statistics, and preparing production reports for mortgage lenders and management. Procure tax information from agencies via telephone, email, and fax, then interpret data statuses to ensure accurate payment processing. Monitor work assignments, report efficiency opportunities, and notify leadership regarding overtime or assistance needs. Respond to inquiries from lenders and taxing agencies using effective verbal and written communication. Apply new policies and procedures, support quality control, and assist with employee evaluations and one-on-ones. Assume the Supervisor's role during absences and process LERETA Task Research Outsource functions.
Required Qualifications
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Tax information procurement via telephone, e-mail, and fax
- Interpretation of tax amount data and statuses per property taxes
- Identification of tax status for payment processing
- Monitoring, reporting, and communicating status of work assignments and statistics
- Preparation of production and statistical reports
- Implementation of new or modified policy and procedures
- Management of team daily statistics and report preparation
- Management and control of assigned special projects
- Cross training of personnel
- Decision making related to liability and processing concerns
- Quality control and team production tracking
- Monthly updates to the team
- Assumption of supervisor's role in absence
