Outside Trainee - Relocation

Job Summary
Identify and target potential clients within your assigned territory, developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and in-person meetings, while presenting, demonstrating, and becoming a subject matter expert for existing and prospective customers. Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals, build and price quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals. Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, and collaborate with production facilities to ensure seamless order fulfillment. Maintain accurate sales records and reports. This role requires daily travel within your local metro area and includes a comprehensive six-month hands-on mentorship program at Corporate HQ in the Milwaukee area before relocating to your own territory.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to travel DAILY throughout your LOCAL TERRITORY
- Computer Literacy – Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Dedication to learn a new industry
- Self starter
- High degree of initiative, mature judgment, and self-motivation
- Negotiation and listening skills
- Valid driver's license and great driving record
Desired Qualifications
- You currently reside in the Milwaukee metro area and are looking to relocate elsewhere
- You are ready to leverage your Milwaukee training to assume leadership over an existing territory out of state, and understand this position does require relocation
- You have a 'hunter' mentality and a desire to build a lucrative career in outside sales
- You possess strong interpersonal skills and can build rapport with diverse stakeholders
