Outside Solar Sales Representative to prospect and generate leads, meet homeowners, present solar solutions, and close deals across the Antelope Valley. Build and manage your own pipeline from first knock to signed contract; represent an award-winning brand homeowners already trust. Earn via uncapped commission with an exclusive product line and a real install team backing your deals. Flexible schedule where you run your day and your business. Requires self-starter attitude, ability to generate leads through door-to-door, referrals, networking, and community presence; strong communication and presentation skills; reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license; comfortable with commission-only pay.
