Job Summary
Outside Solar Sales Representative needed to prospect, meet with homeowners, and close solar deals across the Antelope Valley. Responsibilities include generating and managing your own leads through door-to-door outreach, referrals, networking, and community presence; presenting solar solutions to homeowners; building and managing a personal sales pipeline from initial contact to signed contract; and representing an award-winning brand with an installed-team that backs your deals. Key skills include strong communication and presentation abilities, self-motivation, lead generation, pipeline management, closing skills, and the ability to work flexibly on a commission-only compensation structure. Location: Palmdale, CA. Compensation is commission-only with uncapped earning potential. Flexible schedule and autonomous work style are emphasized.
Required Qualifications
- Outside sales experience preferred (solar, roofing, home improvement, or door-to-door a big plus)
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and clean professional appearance
- Comfortable with a commission-only pay structure
