Guide homeowners through a professional consultation process focused on education, trust, and long-term value. Responsibilities include meeting qualified homeowners through warm consultations, supporting appointment creation through targeted canvassing when needed, educating homeowners on utility costs and solar solutions, and representing SPARTA Solar as a professional, ethical advisor. Manage consultations through enrollment and follow-up, operating within Salt Lake City territory (including Sugar House, Holladay, Millcreek, and surrounding east-side neighborhoods). This field-based role emphasizes a premium consultation flow, disciplined execution, and a strong local presence with a clear, structured sales process; earnings are commission-based with an estimated annual potential of $135,000–$350,000+ (OTE).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of residential door-to-door or solar sales
- Comfortable engaging homeowners in residential environments
- Ability to walk several miles per day
- Evenings and some Saturdays required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
