Job Summary
Increase Thryv's penetration with existing clients and grow the SaaS client base through new sales by calling assigned clients to nurture relationships and pursue new opportunities to meet a predetermined quota. Identify and secure new SaaS clients using self-generated prospecting and company-initiated programs while executing defined operational processes for client engagement, product certifications, and order entry. Conduct greater than 50% of work outside the home office, including driving to local businesses within a one-hour commute, and educate prospects through the buyer's journey. Partner with marketing and technology to execute sales strategy as new solutions are introduced.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience
- preferably in a SaaS role or company
- 2+ years' experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role
- Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
