Job Summary
Nurture relationships with existing software clients while identifying and securing new SaaS opportunities to meet predetermined sales quotas. Conduct greater than 50% of work outside the home office, leveraging self-generated prospecting and company-initiated programs to build a pipeline and close deals. Execute defined operational processes including client engagement cadences, product certifications, and order entry requirements. Educate prospects through the buyer's journey and partner with marketing to execute sales strategy for new product releases.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience
- preferably in a SaaS role or company
- 2+ years' experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role
- Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships
- Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems
- 50% driving requirement

- Must live local to the city of the job posting (within a 1-hour commute)
