Job Summary
Nurture relationships with existing software clients and identify new SaaS opportunities to meet a predetermined sales quota. Conduct greater than 50% of work outside the home office, including self-generated and company-initiated prospecting to secure new clients. Present additional sales and extended usage opportunities based on client needs while executing defined operational processes for engagement cadences and order entry. Participate in sales meetings, call calibrations, and training as required. Target a base salary of $96,800 per year with an on-target earnings structure. Requires 3+ years of direct sales experience, preferably in SaaS, and a valid driver's license for the 50% driving requirement. Must reside within a one-hour commute of Atlanta.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of direct sales experience
- preferably in a SaaS role or company
- 2+ years' experience in outbound sales (full sales cycle) role
- Industry knowledge with the ability to gain a thorough understanding of the Thryv product suite
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong emotional intelligence, adaptability, and the ability to build relationships
- Time and organization skills with the ability to effectively manage multiple priorities with competing schedules or conflicting demands
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment, effectively conducting sales presentations while following company established processes and procedures
- Strong technical skills with proficiency in MS office and the ability to learn new programs and systems
