Job Summary
Golf Operations - Outside Services/Guest Services: provide excellent guest and member service in Kohanaiki’s outside/guest services area, assist with valet and cart circulation, ensure golf carts and practice facilities are stocked and organized, direct guests to areas on property, comply with policies and procedures, and communicate special requests to club concierge. Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent, a valid U.S. driver’s license, strong customer service and interpersonal skills, fluent English, and the ability to stand for extended periods, lift at least 40 pounds, and work a flexible schedule.
