Job Summary
Greet members upon arrival, drive carts to their vehicles, and assist with golf bags. Valet cars in the circle, load bags onto carts, and ensure all golf carts are clean, stocked with fresh supplies, and charged. Operate range carts and ball pickers to retrieve balls, wash range balls daily, and maintain range ball stock. Remove golf bags from carts, clean clubs, and return bags to appropriate storage spots. Bring carts from storage to the staging area outside the Golf Shop. Provide outstanding service to members and guests while maintaining a positive professional image. This role supports CDA National Reserve's private living experience overlooking Lake Coeur d'Alene.
Required Qualifications
- Fundamental knowledge and familiarity of the game of golf
- Candidates must be motivated to continue to learn and develop
- Act as a role model for all employees by demonstrating the behavior and work ethic expected of all employees
- Service and customer focused attitude
- Maintain and promote a positive professional image within the community
- Detail oriented individual and able to prioritize work, managing multiple tasks with limited supervision
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Ability to succeed in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Ability to problem solve on the spot and take ownership for problem resolution
- Regularly required to talk, hear, and move about freely in a multi-floor building and open space
- Frequently required to visually observe the condition of their surroundings
- Routinely required to bend, stoop, stand, walk, carry, and lift objects weighing 50 pounds or less
