OUTSIDE SERVICES

Outside Services Staff Members provide high quality customer service to golfers on Baltimore Municipal Golf Corporation courses. Responsibilities include maintaining orderly and timely movement of tee times, monitoring pace of play, ensuring golf carts are clean, charged, and functional, and enforcing course policies. The role involves educating players on course conditions and rules, collaborating with staff and the Golf Shop to maintain an accurate pace of play, stocking scorecards and pencils, assisting with cart storage and starter operations, and safely transporting and staging golf carts. Additional duties include removing trash, assisting with clubhouse/grounds cleanliness, and daily communication with the Golf Shop. Requirements emphasize excellent customer service, strong verbal communication, safety commitment, general knowledge of golf course operations, weekend/holiday/shift availability, and a Maryland driver’s license. This is a seasonal part-time position expected to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with hours ranging based on weather and course needs.
