Job Summary
Maintain the golf car fleet, driving range, and exterior clubhouse facilities by ensuring all vehicles are properly cleaned and stocked before and after play. Assist guests at the beginning and end of their rounds, providing carts, cleaning clubs, and monitoring pace of play with assistance from golf professionals. Set up the practice tee according to the weekly schedule, keep working areas neat, and inform players of rules and daily conditions. Verify accuracy of sales tickets and attend all mandatory team meetings. Work collectively to service patrons while presenting a professional image using tact and diplomacy.
Required Qualifications
- Good communication skills both verbally and written
- Ability to communicate in the English language
- Ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work with people from a diverse range of backgrounds
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to complete instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions
