Outside Services Attendant

Assist golfers by loading and unloading bags, preparing them for play, answering questions, offering etiquette suggestions, and providing post-round support including cleaning clubs and delivering them to cars. Marshal carts in the staging area, assign them to players, track usage, and ensure they are cleaned, maintained, and inspected for damage. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn, storage areas, practice facilities, and external spaces like the parking lot and pro shop entrance. Set up and manage practice areas stocked with equipment such as range balls, ensuring they are prepared for daily use. Collaborate with range attendants, marshals, and starters to ensure seamless, efficient service throughout the day. Complete daily assignments in designated areas, maintaining work areas and keeping the Golf Shop organized and fully stocked. Promote club events, course conditions, and relevant information to enhance the member/guest experience.
