Outside Service Technician

Job Summary
Troubleshoot and repair industrial equipment at customer locations and branch facilities while demonstrating proper operation and providing maintenance training. Manage customer service calls, coordinate outside service schedules, and process orders to support inventory management. Complete work orders, parts orders, and time sheets to maintain documentation accuracy. Communicate with sales teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction while working independently to drive service excellence. Requires experience with machine maintenance, pneumatic or electric tool repair, and a valid driver's license. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with machine maintenance, pneumatic tools, or electric power tool repair
- Construction, packaging, fastening, or industrial supply experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Customer service and sales-oriented mindset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to quickly learn and retain technical knowledge
- Basic computer skills
- Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally
- Must pass a background check
- Must pass a drug screening
