Job Summary
Greet guests at the designated bag drop area, load and unload bags on carts, and clean clubs. Transport range balls to the driving range, fill containers, and operate the range picker to retrieve balls. Wash all range balls daily, clean carts, park them in designated spaces, and connect charger cables. Maintain a professional appearance and provide directions for the golf shop, first tee, and driving range. Implement and support all course policies and programs as communicated by management. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 30lbs occasionally, and willingness to work extended hours during peak seasons. Required Qualifications
- Must be extremely organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Must be highly motivated, goal driven, and a self-starter
- Must have a good work ethic
- Must have good communication and interpersonal skills
- Must have friendly personality and enjoy working with the public
- Must be dependable
- Ability to use equipment and tools properly and safely
- Must have valid driver's license (if driving golf carts or driving range equipment)
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 30lbs occasionally
- Ability to work extended hour during golf and holiday season
- Ability to work weekends and holidays
- Weekday availability
