Job Summary
Resolve client issues for accounts ranging from simple to complex by collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries regarding vehicle condition and discrepancies while fostering positive relationships with internal and external parties. Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments to ensure proper inventory movement and timely reconditioning completion. Examine sales lineup vehicles to ensure standards, complete reconditioning estimates, and conduct condition reports and imaging audits to reduce policy loss. Maintain direct communication with clients to educate them on auction processes, recommend Manheim/CAI products, and manage redemptions with proper documentation. Adhere to Cox standards, NAAA guidelines, and safety procedures while prioritizing tasks and delivering professional service.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years' experience in a related field
- OR any level of degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline
- OR 5 years' experience in a related field
- Valid driver's license
- Physical ability and mental acuity to execute the duties of the position successfully within required timeframes to meet business requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future sponsorship
- No OPT, CPT, STEM/OPT or visa sponsorship now or in future
- Clear a pre-employment drug test
Desired Qualifications
- Self-starter with ability to work with minimal supervision
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficient knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection process to identify previous paint, auto body repairs, frame damage, PDR, etc.
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Ability to operate vehicles with standard and automatic transmission
- Prior experience in vehicle reconditioning and/or general auto body knowledge
