Job Summary
Greet members and guests at the bag drop and cart staging area, assisting with golf bags, transport, and storage. Maintain the driving range by cleaning balls and refilling pyramids, while staging, cleaning, and performing basic maintenance on golf carts. Set up and take down practice areas daily, keeping the bag drop organized and proactively assisting members throughout their visit. Support golf shop staff with daily operations as needed. This seasonal role (April–September) requires working flexible weekday hours outdoors in various weather conditions, standing for extended periods, and lifting items up to 50 lbs. A valid driver's license and basic understanding of golf are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Basic understanding of and interest in golf
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work long hours on your feet outdoors
- Ability to work in various outdoor weather conditions
- Valid driver's license
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for extended periods
- Frequent lifting of golf bags and other items up to 50 lbs
- Ability to work in outdoor conditions including heat and sun
