Job Summary
Stage carts for daily play, preparing and stocking them before and after each use while greeting members and assisting with loading clubs. Clean golf clubs, return them to the bag room, and maintain organization in the storage and staging areas. Assist with driving range maintenance by picking up and cleaning range balls, and prepare stored member clubs based on tee sheets. Provide additional support to other course areas as needed and perform assignments per manager direction. Maintain a high level of customer service with positive interactions and safety awareness.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age
- Ability to operate golf carts in a safe manner
- Must be able to communicate verbally to members
- Able to provide a high level of customer service with attention to detail
- Regular and punctual attendance on site for all scheduled shifts
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of golf
- Previous experience in a customer service position
